Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, you can supply your own. We could also
add or buy the garments for you. Our goal is to provide our customers a one stop
solution for all their garment and printing requirements. You may also find that
our price will be much lower than what you will be paying for to buy the products,
since we get them at wholesaler prices.
What is the minimum quantity of an order?
No minimum order needed. However price will
change depending on the quantity of the order. Higher order quantity will have lower
cost per item.
What is the average order turnaround time?
We will instruct you upon placing the order
with us, how long it would take to produce and deliver your order. Other factors
will determine the delivery time such as artwork and garments availability however
we aim to finish your order in 3 days. We also have 24hours guaranteed delivery
time (Some restrictions apply. Call us for more details).
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments using all major brand
credit cards, debits, cheques, cash, and Paypal® online transfer.
Do you ship orders to other country or provinces?
We currently ship orders from all provinces
of Canada, U.S.A, and Europe.
Will the colours fade after being washed?
No, however proper
washing must be followed in order to properly prolong the design on the garments.
Washing care instruction will be attach to your order as proper direction.
What type of file format do you accept for my
artwork?
We accept all types of graphic format such
as PDF, AI, CDR, or PSD. Our graphic artists will work with you to determine the
proper format required for your designs.
Can I pick up or drop by to your shop during weekends?
Yes, we’ll open our business just for you.
We understand that our customers due to work schedule or other important commitments
cannot come to our office during weekdays therefore we’ll be glad to accommodate
you during weekends. Give us a call for an appointment.
